What we collect

Only what you send us: the name, email address, phone number and message you put in the contact form, and anything you write to us by email or text. Please keep medical details out of messages; intake happens on the practice's own portal, after you have booked.

How we use it

To reply to you, to arrange a session, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The services that host this website and deliver email can handle your message in order to do so. We share information about your care with others only with your written permission, or as the law requires.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what the law lets us delete.

Security

We take care with the information you send. Email and contact forms are not a private channel, which is another reason to leave medical details out and to call us instead.

If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
